Hello,
I'm writing LEDs blinking with Standard Peripheral Library in Keil. I 
want to use Keil's simulator. Does it support SPL? I'm trying to debug 
my program but nothing happens. Similar program but with CMSIS library 
is simulated without any problems.

Simulator should simulate the hardware and therefore not mind what kind 
of driver you use. Maybe you misconfigured SPL and your code won't run 
on real hardware either.
