Hi,

is it possible to remove the trailing dot in the notification email 
after the link to the message?

Example:
"Read the message at http://embdev.net/topic/goto_post/123456789.";
that one -------------------------------------------------------^

Some email clients convert the text into a link, but include the dot, so 
it results in "file not found".

AFAIK, the german notifications do not have the dot.
